Live2D Animation Options

Live2D Chibi
Simple, chibi-style or mascot-like sprites. Limited detail, minimal rigging complexity. Similar to an emote but at 720p.Live2D Basic
Simple swaying, blinking, and breathing. Character only. Best for a subtle, polished animation with light motion.Live2D Standard
Everything in Basic, plus more motion in the limbs, hair, and clothing. Best for a more lively and expressive result with stronger visual presence.

Frame Animation Options

Frame Basic
Simple looped animation with limited moving parts, such as blinking, swaying, breathing, and a few small secondary motions. This option is ideal if you want the hand-drawn feel without a large amount of movement.Frame Standard
A more animated loop with fuller body movement, hair and clothing motion, and optional prop or environmental effects. This is your premium hand-drawn tier and should feel noticeably more detailed than Basic.

Yes! You’ll get revisions during the sketch, colour, and animation stages.

Q: How long does a commission take?
Usually 1-4 weeks depending on complexity and queue. Rush orders available (+50–100%)

Q: Can I edit or reuse the artwork?
No edits, reselling, or redistribution without permission.

Q: Do you allow AI or NFT use?
No. All AI and NFT usage is strictly prohibited.

Q: Can I keep my commission private?
Yes, an NDA option is available for an additional fee.

Q: How do I credit you?
Please clearly tag/link an official @imQingu or @QinguStudio account in your bios, description, panels, emote attribution, etc.

Q: Do you accept payment plans?
I prefer all payments to be made in full unless specified otherwise as I only start work after receiving payment.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds depend on the stage of the commission. Full details are in my TOS.

Q: What if I take a while to reply?
Please reply within 7 days so your commission stays on track. No response for long periods may result in completion without input or termination.

Q: Revision costs?
- Minor changes: 5 - 10 AUD
- Medium changes: 10 - 20 AUD
- Major changes: 20 - 50 AUDIncluded revisions vary by stage and large changes may be treated as a new request.

Qingu Studio Disclaimer

Artist: Qin, trading as Qingu Studio (also referred to as “Qingu”, “I”, or “me”).
Client: The person or entity commissioning work from Qingu Studio (“Client”, “you”).By commissioning Qingu Studio, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and me.Both parties agree to act in good faith and communicate respectfully. Any disputes should be resolved privately before further action is taken.

1. Nature of Business

1.1 Qingu Studio is the brand name I use for my independent creative work and services.1.2 Qingu Studio is a one‑person business. I am the sole owner and operator, and the only artist responsible for all artwork and services provided under the Qingu Studio name.1.3 Despite the word “Studio”, Qingu Studio is not a team or collective. No other artists are employed or represented under this name unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Services Overview

2.1 Qingu Studio provides digital art services, including (but not limited to):

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are base rates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on complexity, scope, and any agreed add‑ons.3.2 Deposit / Upfront Payment

3.5 All payments are non‑refundable except as expressly set out in Section 13 (Termination & Refunds).

4. Add-Ons & Additional Requests

4.1 Additional features or modifications (“Add‑Ons”)—including increased complexity, extra props, detailed backgrounds, additional characters, or variations—may incur additional fees.4.2 Add‑Ons are assessed case‑by‑case and quoted according to the scope of work required.4.3 I reserve the right to determine whether a request constitutes an Add‑On.4.4 If the Client fail to disclose relevant details at the time of briefing, this may result in additional charges or adjustments to the final price.

5. Commission Process

5.1 Stage 1 - Pre-Commission

6. Revisions

6.1 The revision process is structured as follows:

6.2 I will correct errors attributable to my own work at no additional cost. Revisions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.6.3 Revisions are classified by scope and complexity:

6.4 I reserve the right to classify revisions. Requests that significantly alter the original brief or require substantial rework may be treated as a new commission.

7. Turnaround Time & Delivery

7.1 Estimated turnaround time is 1–4 weeks, depending on project complexity and current workload. Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.7.2 Rush orders may be accepted at my discretion and will incur an additional fee of 50%–100% of the total project cost.7.3 Delays caused by lack of communication or feedback from the Client may impact delivery timelines.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

8.1 I will make all reasonable efforts to complete commissioned work within the estimated or agreed timeframe.8.2 The Client acknowledges that delays may arise due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including health‑related matters, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen events.8.3 In the event of a delay, I will notify the Client as soon as reasonably practicable and will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and resume progress. Where a deadline has been agreed, I will make a good faith effort to meet it or provide an updated timeframe where necessary.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables and products created by Qingu Studio remain my sole intellectual property.9.2 No ownership or commercial rights are transferred to the Client by default.

10. Permitted Use & Commercial Licensing

16. Artistic Style & Skill Progression

16.1 The client acknowledges that my artistic style may evolve over time due to ongoing skill development and creative growth.16.2 Final deliverables will reflect my current style and capabilities at the time of production.16.3 Past works are provided as general style references only and may not be replicated exactly.16.4 Variations between past and current work do not constitute grounds for revision or refund.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1 Qingu Studio shall not be held liable for:

18.1 Proper credit to Qingu Studio / Qingu is required when displaying or sharing the artwork publicly, unless otherwise agreed in writing. See FAQ for how to credit appropriately.

19. Amendments

19.1 Qingu Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future commissions.
